I don’t have much patience for stuff that feels cheap or falls apart quickly, but this is actually really nice quality. No complaints from me

I do like Tezenis, and the prices are just reasonable overall. The only thing that gets annoying is how often the sizes or colors I want are out of stock. It’s just frustrating when you find something cute and then can’t actually order it. The site itself works fine though.

The shipping was a bit pricey, not gonna lie, I definitely had a tiny dramatic moment when I saw the total. But it was still okay overall, and I went through with it anyway...

I got my refund within a few days, which was a nice surprise. I mean, it would’ve been great if everything had gone smoothly from the start, but at least they handled the refund quickly. So yeah, I’m happy enough with that.

I like shopping on Tezenis because they actually have a good size range. Isn’t that all you really want when shopping online? I can usually find my size without clicking through 10 different pages or just giving up halfway. The bras and basics have more options than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. The sizing is clear for the most part, not perfect every single time, but close enough that it doesn’t feel like a guessing game. Who needs more stress when buying basics, right? It just makes online shopping way less annoying.

The box showed up a bit squashed, which was annoying. I get that shipping can be rough, but it’s one of those things where you’re basically forced to just be patient and hope nothing inside got messed up.

I popped into Tezenis and, the staff were really lovely. I wasn’t totally sure about my size, and one of the girls helped me figure out the right fit without making me feel rushed or awkward. She even checked in the back for another color, which was a small thing, but it made the whole shopping trip so much easier. Really good service overall, and I’m sure I’d go back again.

I ordered a few basics from Tezenis when I was in the mood to refresh my everyday stuff, i was happy with them. The fabric feels soft and light, not scratchy at all. One of the tops was a bit thinner than I expected, but it’s still really comfy for daily wear. I washed it and it held up fine, with no weird texture or anything. I’m giving it 4 stars because I just wish a couple of the items felt a little thicker.

and the issue got sorted in the end, so I’m happy now. Thanks for getting it fixed...

The designs are fine, just not really anything that wowed me. They’re okay for what they are, but I was kind of hoping for something a little more unique or memorable..

I’ve washed them a few times now and haven’t noticed any weird shrinking or fading so far, so I’m happy with them

I accidentally had to exchange for a different size and was preparing for a whole dramatic saga, but it ended up being totally fine. It took a few days, so of course I was mildly spiraling like my package had vanished into another dimension, but support did get back to me and helped sort it out. The new item arrived in good shape, and everything worked out in the end. Not bad at all!

Overall, I’m happy with it. The quality is decent for what you pay (not amazing, but definitely fair), and it feels like a good value. The only thing I’d say is the delivery could’ve been a little faster, but it wasn’t a huge deal

I’ve found some decent promos here, and when they apply correctly, the prices are usually competitive. That said, the discounts aren’t always super clear at checkout, which can be frustrating because other sites tend to show the savings more transparently. Overall, it’s still worth checking out for the prices, but I wish the promo details were easier to follow...

I ordered from Tezenis the tracking wasn’t great. It sat on the same status for days, so I was kind of left reading between the lines and guessing whether my parcel was actually moving or just stuck somewhere. It did show up in the end, but later than I expected and with barely any useful updates along the way. Customer service didn’t really help much either, they basically just told me to wait. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the delivery tracking definitely needs improving.
